1 slice Vanilla Mudslide Pie
2 oz. Crème Anglaise (recipe)
1 oz. Honey
Melba Sauce
(recipe)
1 tbls. Mango Chutney
(recipe)
2 pieces Chocolate Bee’s Wax (recipe)
1 each Pulled Sugar
(recipe)
1 each Mint leaves
Procedure:
1. Place
crème anglaise in center of plate to form a "pool".
Decorate with honey and melba sauce.
2. Place
Vanilla Mudslide Pie in center of plate.
3. Garnish
with chutney, chocolate and pulled sugar.
4. Garnish
with mint leaves.
